The Steel Tube Application:
This is used to produce electric welded steel pipes with a diameter of Φ12-Φ60mm and a wall thickness of 0.4-1.8mm. The equipment has high precision and good stability. The main equipment is processed by CNC machining center to ensure the precision of each part, so as to ensure the precision of the whole machine and ensure the quality of the product.
Product Process:
material(carbon steel coil)→uncoiler→shear and welder→horizontal(or cage) accumulator→forming mill→ERW welder→sizing mill→rounghly straightening(turkey head)→cut off machine→run out table
