Please refer the tip 1, more details of key specs, the quotation is more accurate.

4. What color can we use?
Client can make the file with CMYK colors or Pantone colors.

5. When can i get the quotation:
Within 24 hours if all key specifications is clear.

6. Can i get samples before mass order and free?
We will make sample as client’s request for approval before mass order placed.
And if to make printing samples, there will have some costs for printing and making samples.
If to make blank sample, it is free, but the courier cost will be payed by client.

7. Is the sample cost refundable if placed order?
Yes, but depends on the mass order amount, the refund sample can NOT over 5% of mass order amount.

8. What is the sample leadtime?
Within 7 days for common products.

9. What is the leadtime of mass order?
10-30 days depends on the order quantity and production processing. For common box or bag, the mass order leadtime is about 15days.
